Multi-region operations and Istio mesh
I've run cross-region Kubernetes migrations and multi-region hosting on GKE, EKS and self-managed clusters, cutting over by global load balancer, DNS and the mesh — including one live Cassandra region-to-region migration with zero downtime, on Ansible playbooks I wrote. I ran multiple Istio meshes in production 2020–2023.
